We do not offer refunds, exchange or store credit for change of mind. Please purchase carefully when placing your order.
In the even that a return is accepted, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item back to us. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we are not accountable for return parcels lost in transit.
We aim to provide top quality products. If you do find that your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as you notice the faulty.

We will not be able to accept an item as faulty if the item was purchase more than 60 days ago.
We will assess the product once it arrives before we can find a resolution for you.
After assessment, and we find that the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. (We will not be able to accept any item as faulty if the item isn't reported as faulty or broken during the 60day period.
In regards to cancelation of an order, if you cancel before the order processing is carried out there should be no issue what so ever, if paid directly via credit card I will require a 10days grace period to have funds returned via our credit card payment portal. If paying through one of our payment plan partners their policies will come then come into play.
