We live very rural and off grid, our parcel drop offs are usually twice a week unless of course we've had massive rains and have been slipped in. If this is the case we will always update you all our spirit family!!!
Usual order processing time is 1-2 business days, once shipped order tracking details will be sent automatically to you. There is a tracking link which you can use onsite at your convenience or, using the NZPost tracking tool.
We offer international shipping to Australia, United Kingdom and United States only, these costs will be calculated at checkout.
Incase of a missing parcel, we work closely with NZPost where an investigation will be arisen and carried out. The outcome will be determined once all evidence and documentation is collected, this is where we can decide on either a replacement of item/s, NZPost refund or a refund by KeoKoNZ.
